Rogers LuyimbaziField Maintenance Manager

Profile

During his first year at Kyambogo University, he studied Automotive and Power Engineering, but the school was sealed off due to COVID-19. At that time, his father encouraged him to learn machining technology and he went to a nearby workshop. At the workshop, he met Samson, the co-founder of Sunda Technology Global, whom he gained practical experience in machining and fabrication. The technical skills gained the basic knowledges and skills of his current role through the experiences at the workshop. He is also impressed by Samson's technical and creative skills as he says that he had been born in a more developed country, he would have been recognised as a leading engineering expert.
